Being suspended by the California SOS is very much a issue of the incompetence of NGCG/Monster.

OT posted the following:

2 years and 9 months since their last filing, and neither Longoria or Berio had a clue? LOL. By the way, I suspect that all warnings are mailed directly to the company, not to some other guy who takes care of things. Sorry, RSP, this is not even close to being believable. Right now, Longoria is doing the two step.

By the way, in one of my emails to Longoria, I told him Aaron Joshua and his company 'Joshua Management Group, LLC' were suspended by the FTB. Told him he was operating illegally. Nothing was done about it. Aaron is still representing NGCG.

But being suspended by the California SOS means very little to the insiders - as their only business is selling shares.

So what if they are suspended as they aren't conducting any real business.
