The next ask is 2M-0.0005 from the hyper thin asks (above 0.0002) of Level2! NHPI should test the 52-week high 0.0004 again very soon since the SS has been FIXED and Same for almost one year...

The reasonable high should be 0.0011 ~ 0.0012 based on only 883M shares FIXED float and joke low MV now!
