FOR THOSE THAT ACTUALLY CARE! I will not address the obvious shorters and frauds directly on this board any longer. i will however set the record straight for everyone, every once in a while. For instance there has been a lot of accusations tossed about regarding some past liabilities of companies that have nothing to do with ALLM. All i can say is that i have been here since before the beginning. When the Delige group got control of the tech is was well AFTER Cox had ran up bills and tried to pull a fast one on a lot of folks. It was the current group that cleaned it all up and sorted out who actually owned what and who was liable for what. In that process it was determined by UCF, not Delige, not ALLM that the master license was indeed with Carbolosic, LLC and not Holdings, or Corp. Why would ALLM take on liability of companies that dont hold the license that they had no part in??? They wouldn't. All of the articles, releases or announcements regarding Holdings or Corp are before anything was discovered about Cox and his fraud. That is the final word on the subject.

As far stock pricing and shareholder calls. I will say this. Some of these people truly show who the scammers are and who are actually in the business of building a company. Only a shorter, or pump and dumper, or scam artist would think that you hold a shareholder call to lift your stock. Stock price means NOTHING to this company today. There is no revenue or plants open yet. Anything today is by the Grace of God and the belief of good people.
