Almost a year ago Molen said that a 3,000 ton order was ready to be shipped. At the conference call Molen said that orders would be shipped in 2-3 weeks. Last August 5th, Molen put out a news notice that Vega Biofuels was set to capitalize on America's clean power plan. Absolutely nothing has happened because Molen knew what he was saying was an outright, bald-faced lie. If it wasn’t, then what he’s stated would have happened. There is no word foul enough to describe Molen, but I would start with reprehensible.
