Now is the time to invest in TRTC!!

I have been following TRTC for almost two years now, and been there for the ups and downs. Bought at six cents a share, and sold way above that when I felt it would continue moving down.

To build the business out it was of course necessary for TRTC to borrow a lot of money, which means selling shares at less then normal rates. Due to the nature of their business it is not possible to go to bank to just borrow money.

What did they borrow money for? To build a massive greenhouse in New Jersey where they are growing some of the best salads, etc... Packaged under the Edible Gardens brand. This part of the business is now becoming quite profitable. Obviously build out costs a lot of money. Now this business is cash flow positive.

The same is happening in Nevada, and California.

In Nevada TRTC has procured multiple licenses to grow, process, and sell Medical Marijuana. Many said here that they would never even get a license. Now they have at least 8 licenses. Three of which are for dispensaries in Las Vegas. Clearly this costs money getting these businesses up and running.

TRTC has also launched a brand of Marijuana in California under the name IVXX (420). This is growing rapidly and will soon be available in over 100 dispensaries in California. I did not like this so much in the past due to California's law which made this be a non profit enterprise. Now that too has changed as the state of California just passed a new law which would make it a for profit enterprise. Just waiting for the signature from the Governor, which is expected soon. So with IVXX TRTC has also invested a lot of money on testing, machines, and inventory. This has started to generate a lot of revenue already. At least $500K this year, probably a lot more.

To many other revenue sources to post about here, most of which are in the start up phase.

Remaining negatives for me.

Treasurer is the wife of CEO.

Would like to see it be legal to move product from Nevada to California and vice versa. I do not think this is now legal. This would be big positive for TRTC.

Nevada is not allowing Greenhouse like structures to grow Marijuana, which means TRTC must spend more money to grow.

No presence in Colorado, or Washington???

I have made an investment once again, which I will hold for at least a few months, to hopefully many years.

I fully agree with both your upside and your downside perspective. Great balance of pro and con! Good timing on your re-entry as the bottom is pretty much in. Anything under .12 pps entry has great potential for a 10 bagger in 1-2 years. Can't find return like that in CDs or blue chip stocks.
