Money spent in the Ruby Tunnel re-hab is not lost money.The current financial situation can change overnite.PPS will adjust.The only thing a penny stock player should be concerned with at this point is how far will the PPS skyrocket from .0001 when/if news of NBRI/RGI hits the wire......it certainly has not much downside risk from here ....LOL
