In your saying you wonder if the company has even delivered one unit to the TSA a year after the award, you seem to leave out the fact that the contract was under protest for 4 months, thus delaying any work on that contract for the whole time the protest was resolved. It also is highly probable that IMSC has shipped units to the TSA now, given that the protest was resolved in April.

If you think the deck is so stacked against IMSC, one wonders why you invest in it. Or you don't really believe that, but post that for some reason, which one wonders what the reason is.
