One wonders why a person who believes the company may be running a scam is invested in the company.

There's two possible choices here:

1. He doesn't really believe that, but is posting it for his own purposes which probably so he can convince others to sell while he is trying to accumulate at a lower price.

2. He believes that, but then it begs the question why he is invested in the company.
