You can't prove that the comments I made were not from IR because you don't know if the comments were made by IR in the first place. How could you?

Exactly. so whatever is said is rumor unless the IR said it to us all. That is done with a PR in a public manner.

I am not even going to try to prove that everything stated is a lie. It would be impossible to prove a negative in the first place.

But then it isn't up to me to prove it false it is up to the speaker to prove it true.

People are either lying or they are telling the truth so there is no way you can claim with certainty that every rumor is based on exaggeration and fabrication.

True but I am an optimist at heart.
You have to look at the alternative. The rumors were 100% in line with what the IR said and the IR has lied over and over for 5 months or more.

I choose to believe that the company is not blatantly lying and so the rumors are nothing more than exaggerations and embellishments of that actual statements of the IR.

After all which is more likely?

The company is making up stories and breaking federal trading laws as well as facing fraud charges so the PPS will climb when they are not diluting?

or

An anonymous message board poster is stating pie in the sky dreams hoping that some sucker will but his shares at a profit?


My stance is 100% unchanged. The worst thing for this or any other stock for a long term investor is rumors of grandeur.
The fails will always cause a loss to investors
