False- not only are they not out of cash, but "if" they were to need a pipeline they have millions waiting in the wings. Anyone who thinks NTEK is going to go belly up from a lack of funding is completely incorrect.... No truth to this at all.

Please explain what "sub 10 bit provider" means? That phrase has absolutely no meaning in the real world.

Whoever wrote that sentence is a moron. Whoever approved it for public release belongs in prison alongside the currently incarcerated (for fraud) NTEK founder David Foley.
