Yep I'm in about the same boat as you are. My initial buy in was at 0.0028 and I averaged down to 0.0009 over the course of a year. I would of gobbled up these 2's and 3's if timing was right for me, but I'm having a house built right now and tapped out in terms of investments. I eyeball that ask every day though. ASSUMING the share structure has not changed I don't see why we couldn't test 0.0054 again as we hit this exact high over the Spring of 2013 as mgmt flooded the market with about a billion shares after the reverse merger. My first hope is that this sucker rebounds a bit on just news that the civil case is over. That alone could take us out of the trips. My second hope is that management starts pumping the hell out of this as soon as that happens so that they can utilize the upward momentum. My concern is that if they do pump hard, they might also raise the A/S and dilute some more to raise cash if they are strapped. If this happens you have to know when to push the sell button, because it would no doubt tank again at some point after dilution - I have experienced this first hand. To add complexity, we have no idea what the financials have looked like for over a year. I doubt they will R/S as a first option because half the shares (about 1B) are owned by insiders. Time will tell though. I'm looking forward to Oct 30. That should be when the game changes here. We've been kicking the can down the road here long enough.
