Lou, Eddie must know something WE don't know or he would have been in prison by now. OR is penny land just the last wild wild west where you can just take a ticker symbol over and do what you want with it until it languishes forever. I know of several that are just skeletons of companies yet their symbol is still on the OTC with zero volume for years. Funny he does not venture into the big boards. He knows the rules inside and out.
