Okay folks, here's the deal in a nutshell as I see it... (Really) wink

Corey Dyess (Technology Elevated) made a very noble gesture and offer in trying to make arrangements with Troy Covey (APT) to come to terms on a great plan for spinning off SmartCarb and Sonic Flow technologies short of Corey Dyess attempting to outright walk away from APT with full claims to ownership of the technologies. Corey Dyess also suggested a plan to retire preferred shares in the billions to help resurrect the share structure of MTVX which would have helped the company's stock position and possibly APT's financial position and in turn would have benefited all shareholders across the board (including you and me). I wish this would have happened!

The problem is... Troy Covey and company completely refused to go along with ANY of Corey Dyess's plans or suggestions, and are now pretty adamantly ready to defend the company's ownership rights of all the patents involved here for reasons they feel they can uphold.

So now what's next?
Probably for a court to decide... (In my opinion this will end up in court) And let me say one thing here... Nothing that anyone says on this MTVX message board is going to have any influence or impact on the results that would come out of a court's decision.
All we can do is wait and see.

My personal hopes:
As an MTVX shareholder of course I hope the company is able to retain the rights to ownership of SmartCarb and Sonic Flow... but if Corey is able to walk away with them more power to him. (Although I personally don't think that is going to happen.) But bottom line is... I don't want to see anyone completely lose out here. I hope the court decides the company retains all rights (good for us MTVX shareholders)... And at the same time I hope the court still grants Corey Dyess some ownership recognition and concessions, perhaps in the form of royalty payments or something... because I really feel for the guy and believe he should definitely still be involved and deserves that. I just don't want to see anyone being completely left out simply in all fairness.
So that's my take! smile

Blessings and best wishes,
