neither of those posts explains the lack of a PR about recurrent training recently, like Baltia PR'd in late July.

It could have PR'd financial statements audited.

It could have PR'd recurrent training for upcoming proving flights.

nothing but a quiet period explains the lack of Baltia's information and ongoing operations. Because those PR's coming from Baltia Officially would have caused the pps to run up more.
