Atlas Resource Partners, L.P. (NYSE: ARP) today declared its monthly distribution for the month of August 2015 of $0.1083 per common unit, or $1.30 per unit on an annual basis. The August 2015 distribution is payable Thursday, October 15, 2015 to holders of record as of Thursday, October 8, 2015.
