DIDG Lol, That is just pitiful

On April 1, 2015, David R. Altshuler, one of two remaining board members of the company, resigned as a director and officer of the company. On June 1, 2015, Martin W Greenwald, the remaining board member and officer resigned from all offices. As of June First the company did not have any officers or directors and the Company ceased all business operations. The Company sought to file bankruptcy however, with no assets, the Company had no access to funds with which to pay anticipated legal fees and filing costs for such filing. Further the Company abandoned its leased business premises at 6630 Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, California 90028.
