damn this is a tough call... From a personal stand point no matter what she says or doesn't say she's going to piss me off. Do we really even think QE4 would be enough to run the market up??? Very unlikely she announces the rate increase I wanted to see last week. I'm up big in nugt and tvix so thinking about selling half and literally gambling with the rest...

I feel like charts won't be very helpful in this case so what's everyone's instinct telling them???
