I felt a little rush. I take no explode though so I got past the bad itchy feeling long time ago. Def feel that rush pre workouts give you, and obviously doesn't taste like shit like those do lol. So I looked xxx vwater is 120 calories 30 grams sugar. And this is close to that. Only 25 calories and all the other bad ass stuff they got it in. Sounds good to me
