IMO buyback is done... PR should come on that soon....

They had seemed to buy another 400 million at .0006 level a few days back when was watching level 2 .... that would bring it up over the 1 billion....

they are probably just waiting to the right time for that PR ....

This stock is a strong buy at anything .001 or under as well IMO ....
