I have only been investing for about a year on my own. I always had managed 401Ks in the past.

I thought I understood dilution to be new shares introduced into the market by the company?

A Google search says Stock dilution refers to the issuance of additional stock by a company, for any purpose.

Is TRTC introducing new shares today? Wouldn't they have submitted to the SEC first, and we would have seen it?

I see no signs of new shares issued (dilution) today.
