UTSouthwestern "leak" claims. Couldn't get back sooner due to limited no. of posts. I'm pleased that the statement regarding zoptarelin doxorubicin was removed almost immediately after my E-mail to Dr. Willson considering the time difference between the East Coast and Texas. I don't believe it was a leak nor an attempt to influence investors. Also, I doubt that it was a statement from Dr. Willson, but probably placed on the website by the web designer or maybe one of the Dr.'s assistants. I posted that numerous times < http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=117139189e >
Obviously the statement was posted to encourage women with cancer to join clinical trials and AEZS' trial was used as an example. In my thinking it is shameless to exploit the cancer center and AEZS in this fashion. So obviously they had to remove it immediately. I developed and optimized three websites for quasi medical organization I ran, one site which had 1000's of daily visitors. Our attorney, audit firm, and insurer frequently reminded me that a website is treated as a contract. The information about AEZS's drug was misinterpreted and blatantly exploited on the AEZS board and other boards where readers would be even less knowledgeable of the drug and AEZS. They had to remove it.

Forensics can easily allow them to identify the source of the rumor because their server probably has the IP addresses of anyone who recently lifted information from that page plus more. Maybe they will follow up.

I have not received an email back from Dr. Willson, but wouldn't expect him to respond without legal counsel.

I now see that the original text has been screen grabbed and stickied further exploiting a cancer center trying to help women and cooperating with AEZS.

I'll be forwarding this information to Dr. Willson today, although I assume UTSouthwestern is monitoring the board.
