Also, that rubbish about not taking a salary is nonsense. SUPPOSEDLY he took a one dollar salary for his first six months. After his stellar...har har.......performance earned him a promotion and a salary, you'd be a fool to believe he's decling, or even deferring it in a show of good faith.

I don't see where he has an incentive to achieve more than the average OTC CEO.
