This has nothing to do with a company being suspended by the SOS. This refers to data coming in from many companies that have to be processed by the SOS. There is always a small lag time.
The SOS does not suspend a company for no reason. The SOS sends companies a post card 90 days before they have to comply. If they miss that deadline, they still have 150 days (that's 5 months) until the SOS actually suspends them. NGCG missed their deadline, then went past the 150 limit and was then put on suspension. Your data info has nothing to do with the suspension. This suspension has been in the works for over 150 days.
IF I can get hold of the SOS (it's not easy), I will ask them about the data info and report what they told me. IF I can get hold of them.
