If you still hold shares, I don't know if can claim a loss until the company goes under completely. You can claim a loss on shares you sold for less than you bought them. I still have 1 mil of this. I'll hold until it either gets a heartbeat or disappears forever. It's strange how it hasn't gone away completely. . .
