Nah, it's just a day in the life of business law. You win some, you lose some.

If they lose on HH-style "minutae," they still win because:

Zippy's behavior will have been revealed (taking advantage of someone when they're down while believing they can't afford the fight).

Our company has reclaimed the relevant payments Award that Zippy accepted previously without acknowledging the patent designer.

Industry knows the name of the real patent designer.

Patent law has been tested, and everyone learns :)
