Still trying to figure out why Medbox decided to purchase the Pueblo CO land.

Right now they would only be able to sell crops in Colorado. Cannot take product across state lines or they are subject to arrest, fines, impoundment , and who know what else.

Everybody and their mother is buying farms in Colorado so they can start growing weed. Leads to high purchase prices but if everyone is growing it weed prices have to start dropping rapidly, even more so when the market size cannot grow beyond Colorado unless the federal govt reverses it's position on pot. Oversupply and stagnant demand.

I guess Medbox is gambling that one day the Fed will do just that. Hope Medbox is around to see that day otherwise the price of land may go just as fast as it went up.
