Buyers and sellers are meeting at a stand still right now because there hasn't been a PR.

The day the PR hits the ask will Gap up at open before volume has even started. This is a common stock action. It happens daily. The momentum doesn't even have to hit for the gap up to occur.

I do over 300 trades a month, this happens multiple times daily on most days. The anticipation and the awaited catalysts are all that's needed.
