just talked to David. got same info Mitch got. they will arrive in arkansas next wednesday and then the next week fins will be out. There is a jewish holiday. im not jewish, don't know which one or which day it falls on. he was more upbeat than i have heard him in awhile. he said there were still convertibles to get thru but not that many. he was very confident that this is all about done and that there will be no more holdups. q's of course dont have to be audited. no audits to worry about till next 10k. i know we have heard this before but he admitted it is hands of auditors and he can do nothing to speed it up even tho he wants to badly.
