the AS is maxed and the 15 is filed...he could have EASILY maxed the AS without the 15, as there was decent volume prior to the filing...something is coming here and we will find out what soon enough. This is the sweet spot for a mega runner as far as share structure goes; it's big enough for big money to buy and small enough to skyrocket when retail jumps in...the type of stock that can gap up with a simple promo or run thousands of percent with a decent catalyst...
