Everything is in Order for Indocan, legal counsel for Sunray Oil Company has assured us that an assignment of our interest in the Abilene wells that we paid for will be filed no later than Tuesday, 27 June 2006 as was originally represented to us by them.

Sunray's lawyer told us this morning that the reference to Indocan in this article and our funds didn't occur. We don't care as long as we get our interest in Abilene as paid for.

The lawyer for Sunray further stated: "Sunray Oil Company purchased the Abilene Oil & Gas Lease and drilled the #1 and #2 wells as stated and announced by Sunray Oil and Indocan Resources prior to Indocan investing its funds which are for an interest in Sunray's Abilene #2 & #3 wells."
