This is what I asked you Vargass: Do they care about what the SEC or FINRA may think about their activities? Most public companies do especially companies that are claiming to me moving to the NYSE.

Compliant? They are far from compliant because they have not filed financials.

Were you aware of the promotionstocksecrets.com information on Omega before you made your investment/started working for them?
