There is no deadline for audited financial, other than the company's anticipation. As far as I am concerned, the audited financial is a non-significant event, unless it is coupled with a concrete plan for going to OTCQB. Certainly, I like to see that in 2015. for now, the most important elements of business focus for THCZ are:

A. How to grow distributors from 26 to 200 or getting a major distributor
B. Launching of Mango flavor
C. Launching of hemp energy shots, a billion dollar business
D. The Canada website
E. Southeast asia Expansion

Another important piece of information of high interest would be the sale revenue this quarter. If they work on sale and revenue growth, the numbers will be fine eventually. Remember it is never the other way around. Remember also that this is a start-up company with an exponential growth potential.
