Well, you are correct in that you need all those folks for the upcoming projects, and no, the initial team would not be able to do it. The initial team was focused on fleshing in the conceptual ideas, and then hire the right people to implement it.

Unfortunately, that involves payroll money, stuff that doesn't grow on trees. And they were not going to make business commitments without some kind of monetary inflow. They were able to make commitments to the new hires after the West African agreements.

And as in any startup, the expectations that everything will go smoothly with no unexpected hiccups is misguided.

Long-term: Buy.
Short-term: Risk/reward.
Is that really a new philosophy in OTC stocks?
