Progress is still occurring, and the new shoes seem committed to the project. Reading the updates from rbt and others, they first had to do due diligence. The result is that the new shoes were pleased and wanted to proceed. Then, the new shoes noticed an odorous smell from the old shoes and had to figure out how to deal with that.

So, perhaps is progress, but now they are waiting for the engineering team to tell the new shoes how much more walking is needed to complete the prefeas.
