Yes the OTCQB is the new pinks for the OTC. All a company like AVEW has to do is be at a penny for month after a RS and then register with SEC. After these recent regulations have been around for a year or two you will see a load of SEC suspensions for non compliance. I fully suspect AVEW to be on that list in the future.
