Yeah, this company has LIED so much and so often about so many things that even THEY are having trouble remembering them all and are contradicting themselves. They started out LYING to investors and have kept it up ever since.

It sure doesn't bode well for the Series C shareholders that the company got EVICTED from their Corporate Headquarters in Ft Lauderdale, though. I mean, if they can't afford a few thousand dollars to pay the rent, how are they ever going to come up with the $4 MILLION to redeem the Series C shares as they promised?

Those shares have bee redeemable for quite a while and the redemption period is ending soon. Series C shareholders will be FORCED to take action soon to protect their interests. Meanwhile, the company is STALLING and planting rumors and outright LIES, hoping to avoid paying their debt.

After the way they SKIPPED OUT on paying the rent for their Corporate Headquarters, one must wonder how they will try to SKIP OUT on paying the Series C shareholders.

They are truly earning the name, "DeadbeatS r US".
