I think the only thing shown clearly is Corey gave Troy every opportunity to come clean, disclose the mess going on, and do right thing for investors. But Troy decided to give Corey the finger. So Corey left APT, taking the SC and SF technology with him and started his private family owned and operated company. Good for him. Wish him well. He doesn't owe MTVX a thing. Troy made that bed.
