Mark's 'temporary' position has lasted over 6 years now. He has brought in at least 3 people as CEO, only to have them leave the position for various reasons.

Mark brought Carden in for his 'experience and contacts in the industry', and then wouldn't let him use his experience and contacts.

Mark will never give up control of this scam until he has bled it dry. And then he will pass it on to another member of the Fort Wayne Crew, which is how he got it in the first place.
