It is amazing how avoidable this all is. Can't understand why they take no actions to support share price when they are totally dependent on it as their currency of funding. Any of these would do wonders and provide support:

1) Heavyweight bod member from industry or finance
2) Broad insider buying
3) Any partnership with funds attached
4) Split off Avid and stop using ATM for a mfg company they can easily get traditional funding with pipeline/equipment etc.
