Quick court update for the good guys: we were granted more time to amend our complaint and add additional claims by Oct 9 and set Dec 10 as date for submitting Summary Judgement, the amount is marked confidential in court docs, so you know it has to be good. Use this info at your own risk and is basically forwarding looking predictions of what could happen.

You know how I feel. Regardless of what happens there will be Monday morning quarterbacks who will say that I told you so or that Farky was an insider. Farky has the most to lose of any of you and makes sure he knows everything that is happening in court which all of you could do as well. I care most about those who don't have the resources to do that research who need that glimmer of hope that we will recover our investment and more. Based on what I read , gang we are in good shape
