The company themselves said they were using the office.....

Yes, they occupied the office. Peter Villiotis probably expected them to pay the rent and get the lease amended. Unfortunately, it appears that DeadbeatS r US just used the offices for MONTHS and then SKIPPED OUT, leaving poor Mr. Villiotis holding the bag as the DEADBEATS never changed the lease or made the rent payments.

In the company's own words.....

The Company, presently headquartered in Nevada, is completing its transition for headquarters in Ft. Lauderdale to be nearer its primary manufacturing facility presently located in Florida.

The company said in no uncertain terms that Peter Villiotis was GONE and had NOTHING to do with the operation, right? Was the company LYING AGAIN?


The company continued to use the Ft Lauderdale for several MONTHS after that initial "moving in" PR. Was the company LYING AGAIN?
