The only thing that was involved in that deal was the pot card, the school fuel card was touted all along with the pot card and still hasn't materialized.

And, before those two cards, it was the serve-nation card, which was (ahem) purchased from MIK* and then reverted back to MIK* for non-payment. Shows how much of a scam this is, they couldn't even make payments on paper to themselves. hahaha
