My thought is, he's winding down that company. Consolidating with the others. Ie. Ieng, Patten, and Greenline. There has been almost zero news or reports for almost 9 months on Eco other than AP Lubes.
I'm just trying to stay positive.. Who knows maybe I'm way off base..
