SOFAR approached TRXC to acquire ALF-X a few months ago. So no, TRXC never approached TITXF. This is a strategic deal that gives them a global footprint, access to multiple distributors/ sales channels (which they can later utilize once Surgibot receives CE Mark), and it puts them in a better financial position due to the high margins of the ALF-X system.
