Long, that is the Rep's job in each territory. They are probably being paid an over-ride or split commission for performing these tasks.

It would not be cost effective for SLS to put a team on the road to service 600+ locations, air travel, hotels, meals, salaries.

Here is where Reps earn a spiff on national accounts. I have done this before more than once.
