Hey I'm a big believer as well in BAVI, but not the way this management team has handled the long term strategy. I gave them all the credit in the world for bailing out the Phase II debacle and moving into Phase III with a Fast Track status. Unfortunately, they promised a partnership and that was the beginning of the end for the current stock price by not delivering.

People thinking we will get more of the pie by not partnering is now looking at dilution that is equivalent to 50% of the company. I'd rather have BMY owning 50% of the company right now then losing it thru dilution and still not having a partner. If we had a partner I wouldn't be concerned about the economy or the market as deep pockets would eventually get us to the promise land. Between the preferred, dividend payments, conversion rates, ATM and now the additional shares we will be down 1/2 the company anyways. Yes, I will bitch because I lost $25K on this investment based on the understanding/promie by management that we would have a partner to get us thru Phase III.
