clever, you're a little off the deep end on this one. Jarvis has done much worse, more times and he's not hiding in fear of his life!

This is all probably a big mistake, and dialer didn't know what he was getting into. I don't think this was a master plan to scam investors from the beginning. I think one thing led to the next, and well, you know the rest.

With all the pressure by shareholders, lyamec, probably giffith and swinford, all it would take is ONE PR. ONE LITTLE SENTENCE FROM THE TRANSFER AGENT VERIFYING THAT THERE HAVE ONLY BEEN 39 MILLION SHARES PRINTED AND SOLD, AND WHO OWNS WHAT OF THIS INSIDER/FLOAT.

there's something behind that, and I think it's Jarvis still had access to the cusip or something like that, he still had ability to print shares and sell them. The website information is more light in that direction.
