Short answer is you, me and everyone else who owns shares are screwed! Your 1 million shares become roughly 3333 shares. The share price will probably go up after the split but will probably tank quickly. I am not highly experienced either but have seen this happen a couple of times now. It's brutal, basically legal thievery.
