Great point.

Commonsense says that the venezuela trip, the al haig show, the mystery merger that we never heard boo about again, the jet motor making 2 Million per month (what a f'ing joke that was), the China deal, Libya groundbreaking all the other things that turned out to be patently false, are just like this buyout. Nonsense.


Jim Dial will not let the transfer agent verify to any party, any shareholders, any "investor (ack) relations" person what the share count is, how many shares have been printeed and sold. There is NO other good reason other than there's something to hide in that information. Period.

When I found that out, is when I got 100% behind the scam angle of this stock about a year ago.
