Also by them acquisitioning a larger entity than NESV, as I previously explained, they will have a different set of rules that they will need to meet than a typical company that would be up listing. They will be viewed as a new entity in the eyes of NASDAQ when they emerge out of this deal. This will allow them to fast track up listing which gives them faster access to institutional money. We may be sitting at the ground floor of a multi month mega run.
